Anchor Watch Estate Management was founded by Johnny Camperchioli, a licensed USCG Master (1600 tons) with a career built in high-responsibility environments - first as chief mate aboard private superyachts, overseeing deck maintenance, project management, navigation, and budgeting; then running tug and barge operations transporting petroleum products throughout the New York and New England coast.

That work meant serving as the single point of responsibility for other people's most valuable assets - coordinating crews and vendors, managing budgets, anticipating problems before they became expensive ones, and being reachable when something went wrong.

Born and raised in the Connecticut River Valley, Johnny brings that same standard home. He serves waterfront and inland properties throughout the region he grew up in, personally overseeing every client property with a focus on reliable execution, clear communication, and consistent attention to detail - a single point of contact built for owners who value discretion, continuity, and the confidence that their property is properly looked after, whether they're home or away.
